Xing Huang is a professor of theoretical physics at Institute of Modern physics, Northwest University. He graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and previously held postdoctoral positions at Seoul National University, National Taiwan Normal University and Fudan University. His research interests include string theory, quantum field theory, quantum information theory and phenomenology. The main body of his recent work is about exploring the connection between quantum entanglement and emergent spacetime, particularly in the setup of AdS/CFT correspondence.
